Sometimes when you achieved something, you got to reward yourself to push you further for the days ahead..

And this dinner was for the 274k target hit last month!!

GE did it again!! :P

Again, 100% attendance!!

  

 

   Our intention was for a pure seafood feast tonight!!

Spicy and sour crab with mantou (辣子蟹和馒头)

 

Fried calamari with pepper and salt (椒盐苏东)

 

Steamed tilapia with spicy paste (酱蒸非洲)

 

Also in the menu: butter crab (奶油蟹), sambal prawns (三巴虾球) & kangkung with balacan (马来风光)

Like usual, everybody started busy photographing..

   And we have 2nd round with pan fried pari (烧浦鱼) & fried calamari with salted egg yolk (咸蛋苏东)
