Bak Kut Teh, a specialty cuisine originated from Malaysian Chinese community.. started with its first chef in Klang! 
Despite the name, there is no “teh” (tea) among the ingredients!! But definitely “bak” (pork) and “kut” (bone) stewed in the special herbal soup that give this cuisine the signature aroma and taste!!
However, I personally do not like Bak Kut Teh from Klang! Cause the meat is usually stewed to the extent of “lembik”.. losses its tenderness..
This home restaurant is located in Balakong New Village, very famous for its Bak Kut Teh, the KL-style, which meat tenderness is preserved!! Other than Bak Kut Teh, you must also try their steamed fish with ginger paste and vinegar pork leg!! Must try!!
Oopps.. don bother this!! Just two fou kua jing!!
