Wonder what is fish head noodle? A local Chinese delicacy not as common elsewhere. A not really popular thing among youngsters but it can mean a lot to some people.. like my parents are really into it!
Basically fish head noodle does not really served with “thick noodle”.. but meephun (or vermicelli)! Fish head is chopped and fried into crispy; soup is cooked with tomatoes and marinated veggies (some must-have ingredients) and MILK!! Yes, it’s milk and that’s why milky colour!
This one in Mid Valley is not bad! Go try!!
